As the youngest member of the Lufthansa Group, we combine the quality and experience of Lufthansa and Lufthansa CityLine with the dynamism of a new young company. Under our Lufthansa City Airlines brand, our guests can expect proven and reliable Lufthansa quality on board.

Founded in Munich in spring 2022, City Airlines stands for a reliable and attractive short- and medium-haul service offering in proven Lufthansa quality. With a fleet of the Airbus 320 Family aircrafts, we strengthen the European route network in the Lufthansa Group as of summer 2024. Our guests will benefit from an integrated booking process and from fast and convenient connections to the global Lufthansa route network at Lufthansa hubs.

The company is backed by a highly professional cockpit and cabin crew team, who were trained according to Lufthansa standards and are characterized by great diversity. In the administrative and technical areas, we work closely with Lufthansa CityLine and the Lufthansa Group for our new flight operations.
