These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of job documentation services by Avseeker Limited ("we", "us", or "our") to you ("client", "you", or "your"). By using our services, you agree to these terms entirely.

We offer professional CV/Resume and cover letter writing, editing, and formatting services based on the information you provide. Additional services may include LinkedIn profile reviews, recommendations, and job application guidance.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information via email or LinkedIn messaging, including your employment history, qualifications, and achievements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all the information you submit is truthful and verifiable.

Standard turnaround time is ten (10) business days from receipt of all required information and payment. Subject to our availability, expedited services may be available for an additional fee (refer to the schedule of services).

We deliver final documents in Microsoft Word and PDF formats. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues with your device. 

We provide up to two (2) revisions within 10 business days of the initial delivery. Revision requests should relate to the original content scope. Additional charges may apply for new information or structural changes beyond the original brief.

If you cancel before work starts, you will receive a refund minus a 10% fee. No refunds are given once the draft is delivered, or the service is finished.

All fees are payable within 48 hours of agreeing in writing to utilize the services of Avseeker Limited. All prices are quoted in USD, and a payment link will be provided for you to settle the amount through all major credit cards.

While we strive to enhance your professional presentation, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes. We are not responsible for any decisions made by employers, or third parties based on your CV/Resume.

All information provided will be treated as confidential and used solely to create your CV/Resume and other related documents and/or online profiles. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

Upon final payment, you own the rights to the final version of the CV/Resume and associated documents. All delivered documentation and advice are for your personal use only. Unauthorized copying and/or distribution is not permitted.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
