Job Title - Team Lead - B2C
Reporting to - Manager
Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage our Outbound Sales team for the Air Arabia process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience in the airline or travel industry, driving sales performance and team success.
Key Tasks: - Lead, motivate, and manage the outbound calls and customer service team to achieve individual and collective leads generation and sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within travel sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and B2C customers.
- Monitor daily team performance, ensure adherence to back-office calls processes, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Promote and sell travel-related services such as Visa, airline tickets, holiday packages, and travel insurance.
- Stay updated on Cozmo products and services airline and Cozmo Travel policies, and industry regulations.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to the Back office operations team to improve performance and productivity of telephonic and email communication.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of airline booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is an added advantage.

Education: Graduates
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in sales within BPO for airline, travel agency industry
