Crew Planning & Scheduling
• Independently prepare, develop, and publish legal, equitable, and cost-efficient monthly crew rosters.
• Prepare monthly, seasonal, and annual crew pairings based on flight schedules and operational requirements.
• Incorporate all required training, renewals, validations, and qualifications into monthly rosters.
• Analyze data for crew planning activities, including seasonal/ad-hoc flight schedules and training requirements.
• Coordinate with departments for logistical arrangements including hotel accommodation, transportation, seat blocking, and visa/APIS/APP requirements.
• Arrange language-specific and gender-specific crew requirements to ensure appropriate staffing for scheduled flights.
• Carry-out credit and block hours adjustments for individual rosters.
• Arrange the required Standby crew requirement.
• Identify and resolve crew violations prior to roster publication
• Maintain a fair distribution of night flights.
• Carry-out Training allocations for cabin crew and pilots
Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain up-to-date records of crew licenses, certificates, and qualifications.
• Prepare, validate, and submit reports including crew KPIs, office duty rosters, and training reports.
• Participate in internal audits and address audit findings.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or by Central Teams (Crew Planning, Flight Operations & Cabin Crew).
